Our Champagne and Ice class is an evening of mingling with friends, sipping champagne, and grazing on a custom made appetizer charcuterie board created by Marigold Grazing Co. A full demo on how to put together a 6 inch cake, including: how to cut and fill each layer of cake, and how to do a crumb coat of icing on the cake. Then a step by step tutorial will be done on how to ice, smooth and decorate your cake.
Guests will enjoy a glass of Champagne, an appetizer charcuterie board prepared by Marigold Grazing Co. and will leave with the 6 inch cake they decorated! Class sizes 6 – 12.
