Our cakes are handcrafted by people, not machines. This means the colors, sprinkles and design may vary slightly from what’s shown in the photos. That’s what makes each cake unique and special! Seams also may be visible on cakes with a smooth base and top.
HANDLING YOUR DESSERT
Keep your dessert box level with one hand on the bottom. This will prevent the layers from shifting and the sides of the box from denting or damaging your dessert.
DRIVING WITH YOUR DESSERT
Transport your dessert in the flattest part of your vehicle. Do not place your dessert on a seat as this may cause it to shift. Please drive carefully with no sudden stops that may cause your dessert to move and crack, or collapse. Our desserts are fragile, drive cautiously!
STORING YOUR DESSERT
Your dessert is delicate and sensitive to heat. The real butter we use in our frostings make our cakes more likely to melt in warm temperatures. Keep your dessert cool by refrigerating it until 1 hour prior to serving. Do not freeze.
Do not let your dessert sit out for more than two hours, or overnight.
